催眠療法シャンティ / アダルトチルドレンて？
元々は、アダルト・チルドレン＝チルドレン・オブ・アルコホリックスの人が成人になった＝アルコール依存症の親の元で育った人が成人になった、
という意味で使われていました。
現在では、「アルコール依存症の親」にはこだわらず、「機能不全家族」の中で育った人が成人になったという、広い意味で使われています。
アダルト・チルドレンという言葉は、診断のための医学用語ではなく、「生きにくさ」の訳を理解していくための「自覚」であり、他人が決めるものではありません。
